Hot Streak carries seven Dog House titles from Pragmatic Play, and the studio publishes an RTP for six of them, from 96.06% to 96.55%. This page sets out each game's layout, bonus round and maximum win, what is not published, and why the welcome free spins are not Dog House spins.

The short answer

Yes, Hot Streak has the Dog House family: seven titles, all playable in the browser. The studio's published RTPs run from 96.06% to 96.55%, with none published for Megaways 1000. Slots count 100% towards wagering, but no bonus here gives free spins on the Dog House, so check the game's info panel before you stake.

Seven titles

The Dog House family in the Hot Streak lobby

The lobby holds seven titles with the Dog House name, all from Pragmatic Play: The Dog House, The Dog House Megaways, The Dog House Multihold, The Dog House Megaways 1000, The Dog House - Muttley Crew, The Dog House - Dog or Alive and The Big Dog House. The grid uses the operator's own tile art, so it shows what you will actually find after logging in.

Stock changes as contracts turn over, so treat the lobby as the final word on what is available today. Every figure on this page comes from the studio's own game pages and launch announcements, which is why some cells say not published: where the studio is silent, so are we.

A word on bonuses, because the name tempts people to assume. Slots contribute 100% to wagering at this casino, so every Dog House title is eligible while a bonus is being cleared, unlike the tables, which contribute nothing. But the welcome free spins are tied to Big Bass Football Bonanza, and the Weekly Rewards Club spins to Fishin' Reels, Emerald King - Wheel of Wealth and Big Bass Bonanza 1000. Nobody should deposit expecting Dog House spins. The terms are on the bonuses page.

Layouts

How the base game works

The original is a 5x3 video slot with 20 lines. Its signature is the wild: on reels 2, 3 and 4 every wild carries a multiplier, although the studio does not publish the multiplier values for this first title. Three bonus paws start the free spins. The sequels keep the dog and the wilds but change the grid.

  1. Megaways titles

The studio cites 117,649 ways, which is seven to the power of six, the usual Megaways ceiling. Reel count is not stated for the original. Megaways 1000 is described as a 6x7 grid with 117,649 max ways.

  2. Multihold

A 5x3 layout with 20 paylines. Every wild carries a 2x or 3x multiplier, and when several sit in one winning combination their multipliers add together.

  3. Dog or Alive

A 5x3 layout with no payline count published; wins come from three or more symbols in adjacent patterns. A star-shaped wild lands on reels 2, 3 and 4 with a random 2x or 3x.

  4. Muttley Crew

A 5x5 cluster-pays grid with no paylines. Five or more matching icons touching make a win, and treasure chest wilds can carry up to 10x.

  5. The Big Dog House

No layout is published. The studio says all wilds carry 2x or 3x and that the base game has expanded and supersized wilds.

Minimum and maximum stake are not published by the studio for any of the seven, so the range shown inside the game is the only one that counts. Whatever it offers, an online slot spin in the UK is capped at £5, or £2 for 18-24s.

Bonus rounds

The free spins round, and the sticky wilds

Every title builds its bonus on one idea: wilds that carry multipliers and stay in place once they land. The rounds differ in how you reach them and how long they last. These are the studio's own descriptions, and where its pages disagree, both wordings are given.

The Dog House

Three bonus paws start free spins with sticky wilds. The number of spins is random, and the studio publishes neither the range nor any retrigger rule.

Megaways

Scatters offer a choice of two bonus games: Sticky Wilds, 7-20 spins with up to 7 sticky wilds per reel, or Raining Wilds, 15-30 spins with up to 6 random wilds a spin. The game page says 3-6 scatters trigger it; the press release says four Dog Paw Bonus symbols.

Multihold

Three bonus symbols give seven spins on one grid. Three more scatters unlock a second grid, then a third, then a fourth, each adding 1-3 spins, and wilds copy across and stay sticky. Despite the name, it is not hold and spin.

Megaways 1000

3-6 scatters award up to 20 spins and a choice of Sticky Wilds or Random Wilds, which can add up to six wilds a round. Wild multipliers reach 1,000x and multiply together within one win.

Dog or Alive

Three bonus symbols pay 5x the total bet and open nine barrels, each revealing up to three spins. Wilds stay sticky, and every three wilds double all multipliers and add three spins.

Muttley Crew and Big Dog House

Muttley Crew gives up to 20 spins (the press release says 10-20 for 3-5 symbols) and a retrigger of up to 30, or 5-30 in the press release. The Big Dog House gives 9-27 spins, set by nine mini reels.

Sticky wilds are why the round matters more than the base game: a wild that stays put keeps its multiplier working on every later spin, so a few early landings can shape the whole round. Retrigger is not published for the original, Megaways, Megaways 1000 or The Big Dog House. The last of these also has two modifiers, Biggie, which expands wilds to fill the reel, and Ghost Out, which removes the ghost wilds from the bonus.

Published figures

These are the studio's figures, one per title. Volatility is not published by the studio for any of the seven, so we have not labelled any of them low, medium or high.

Swipe the table sideways

Six titles publish a single RTP, between 96.06% (Multihold) and 96.55% (Megaways), a spread of 0.49 points: an average cost of £3.45 per £100 staked against £3.94. The Megaways 1000 announcement gives no RTP, so its cell says not published. Max wins are the launch wording, mostly for the free spins mode.

An operator can license a lower-RTP build of a slot. No studio page publishes a second version for these titles, but that describes the studio's public pages, not this lobby. Only the number shown inside the game's own info panel counts, so open it before you stake.

Top prizes

The maximum win, and what it would take

The calculator is the arithmetic of the published RTP and nothing more. It does not predict a session, because RTP is an average over millions of spins and one evening can land far above or below it. Enter a bankroll, a stake and an RTP and it shows the expected number of spins and the expected cost of an hour.

As a worked case, a £1 stake at 96.51% costs about 3.5p a spin on average, so £50 lasts roughly 1,430 spins. Now the headline: 6,750x, the original's ceiling in free spins, needs the bonus round, several multiplier wilds landing and staying, and winning lines running through them. The studio publishes neither the multiplier values nor how often the cap is reached, so no honest odds exist. In money it is £675 at a 10p stake, £6,750 at £1 and £33,750 at the £5 cap, and a win that size would be withdrawn in requests of up to £10,000 each, after verification. See the cashier page.

Bonus spins carry their own caps, such as £50 on the welcome offer, so a studio max win and a bonus cap are two different ceilings.

  • Spins the bankroll covers-
  • Expected cost an hour-
  • That is about-

This is the arithmetic of the published RTP at 720 spins an hour, not a prediction. Real sessions swing a long way either side of it, and a high-volatility slot swings further than most.

Try before you stake

Playing it in demo mode

Whether a free-play version is offered on a UK-licensed site depends on the operator, and Hot Streak does not publish whether its lobby has one for these titles. We have not assumed it does. What is checkable: the studio's own site hosts the game, with Pragmatic Play's page for the original, and a UK account must be verified before play either way.

  • 1Read the studio's page for the rules and RTP as the studio states them
  • 2Register and verify the account, which is needed in any mode
  • 3Look for a free-play option on the game itself, and set a deposit limit before staking
  • 4Open the info panel and read the RTP and paytable first

If a demo is there, a round costs nothing and teaches the feature: how often paws appear, how wilds stick and how multipliers sit. It proves nothing about your results with money. Everything runs in the browser, and there is no Hot Streak app to install.

The direction is towards bigger ceilings: published max wins run from 6,750x to 25,000x while the published RTPs barely move. A taller ceiling does not raise the average return, so judge each title by its info panel rather than its headline multiplier.

Reader questions

Dog House questions we get asked

Does Hot Streak have The Dog House slot?

Yes. The lobby carries seven Dog House titles from Pragmatic Play: The Dog House, Megaways, Multihold, Megaways 1000, Muttley Crew, Dog or Alive and The Big Dog House. They run in the browser, since there is no Hot Streak app, and a UK account must be verified before you can play.

What is The Dog House RTP?

The studio publishes 96.51% for the original, 96.55% for Megaways, 96.06% for Multihold, 96.50% for Muttley Crew, 96.08% for Dog or Alive and 96.53% for The Big Dog House. None is published for Megaways 1000. An operator can license a lower build, so the figure in the game's info panel is the one that counts.

Can I get free spins on The Dog House at Hot Streak?

Not from the current offers. The welcome offer is tied to Big Bass Football Bonanza: 50 spins after a £20 deposit and £20 staked on slots, and the Weekly Rewards Club spins are tied to three other named games. Slots count 100% towards wagering, so Dog House play does contribute when a bonus is active.

Is there a Dog House demo at Hot Streak?

The operator does not publish whether its lobby offers free play for these titles, and availability on a UK-licensed site depends on the operator. The studio's own site hosts the game, and any UK account must be verified before play. A demo round costs nothing, but it proves nothing about real-money results.

What is the maximum win on The Dog House?

For the original the studio's launch announcement says up to 6,750x the original stake in free spins. The family ceilings run from 7,500x for Muttley Crew and 10,000x for Dog or Alive to 25,000x for Megaways 1000. Multihold and The Big Dog House have no maximum published by the studio.
