Every figure on this site traces back to one of four primary sources: the Gambling Commission register, the operator's terms, its promotions page and its public help centre. This page is the evidence log. It shows what we opened on 15 October 2026, what that changed, how to repeat the checks and where our method stops.

The short answer
Every fact comes from the Gambling Commission register, the operator's terms, its promotions page or its help centre, and the reading is dated. If none of the four publishes a claim, we write "not published" or cut it. Where the operator's own documents disagree, we print the narrower figure and say so.
Who checks
Who checks what goes on this site
This is a one-person site, so "who checks" has a short answer: Elliot Marsh, the only named human behind any page, credited in the byline at the foot of each. One person wearing four hats is a weakness unless the hats are kept apart, so the checks run as four separate passes rather than one skim.
- Named editor
Elliot Marsh, UK Casino and Payments Editor, is the only author and the only person who signs off a figure. Nobody else is named here. The background and the policy are on the editorial team page.
- Primary-source check
Each claim is matched to a line in one of four documents. A summary written by someone else is a lead to follow, never the source itself.
- Arithmetic check
Every sum is rebuilt from the published inputs: spin value times spin count, the conversion cap, the deposit and stake thresholds. A figure that cannot be rebuilt is cut, not rounded into something plausible.
- Re-check cadence
The licence and the operator's live terms were last read on 15 October 2026. The foot of every page shows a published date and a checked date, and the checked date moves only when a source has been reopened, never because a typo was fixed.
The protocol
The protocol, step by step
The order matters, because each step can overturn the one before it, and the date is written down on the day a source is read.
1. The Commission register
We search account 057869-R-334655-008 on the UK Gambling Commission public register and read the licensee, the status and the permitted activities. Last read on 15 October 2026.
2. The operator's terms and conditions
The general terms, bonus terms and complaints policy are opened for the clause that carries the claim, such as the wagering contribution or the ADR service in section 12 of the complaints policy.
3. The promotions page
Headline offers are taken from the live page with the small print beside them: spin value, conversion cap, credit window and validity. Read on 15 October 2026.
4. The public help centre
Cashier lists, limits, timescales, chat hours and fairness statements come from the help centre, each article read in its own words.
5. No source, no claim
A claim that none of the four publishes is either written as "not published" or left out. This is why there is no total game count anywhere on the site: the operator publishes none, and the counts elsewhere disagree.
What the method does not do. We read published terms. We do not run payout tests, so we cannot tell you how quickly a withdrawal will land. We have no account relationship that lets us verify a specific player's case. The method catches what is written down, not what happens at a support desk at midnight.
Where the operator's own documents disagree with each other, we publish the narrower figure and say that the two disagree. The narrower figure cannot leave you worse off than you expected; the worked example below shows it.
Dated log
What we checked on 15 October 2026, and what it changed

On 15 October 2026 the licence and the live terms were read again from scratch and the help centre was opened article by article. Nine statements on this site turned out to be wrong, thin or unsourced. The table lists each one.
| Checked | Page said before | Source said | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| ADR service | IBAS | eCOGRA | Help centre, complaints |
| Cashier methods | Debit card, PayPal | Seven providers listed | Site footer, help centre |
| Card withdrawal fee | Small fee, low values | No fee published | Help centre |
| Minimum deposit | Sources differ | £10 | Help centre, first deposit |
| Withdrawals | A few working days | £10-£10,000, 48 hours, 1-5 days | Help centre, withdrawals |
| Welcome offer | Up to 50 spins | 50 spins, £20 and £20 | Promotions page |
| Wagering split | Tables count less | Slots 100%, rest 0% | Help centre, contribution |
| Live chat hours | Not named | 08:00-04:00 GMT | Help centre, chat hours |
| Game testing | Not disclosed | RNG monitored in-house | Help centre, fair games |
Swipe the table sideways
Wording as it stood on this site before 15 October 2026; sources as read that day.
The ADR line. The old pages named IBAS. That came from copy on other affiliate sites, not from the operator, and it was wrong: the help centre names eCOGRA as the Commission-approved ADR service, under section 12 of the complaints policy. A reader following the wrong name would have lost weeks.
The cashier. The operator's footer lists Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Pay by Bank (Trustly) and MuchBetter. Pay by Bank, Apple Pay, Google Pay and MuchBetter were missing from our pages, while Maestro and Visa Electron are not on the list. Detail is on the cashier page.
The fee. A small charge on low-value card withdrawals had been repeated from site to site. No help centre article mentions a withdrawal fee, so the claim now reads as not published. That describes the operator's documents, not a promise that no charge exists.
A worked contradiction: live chat. One help-centre article promises round-the-clock live chat. A separate article on opening hours gives from 08:00 until 04:00 GMT, every day of the year. Both are the operator's own words, and both cannot be right. The specific hours can be tested and the open-ended promise cannot, so the site publishes 08:00-04:00 GMT, says that another article claims 24/7, and treats the narrower window as the planning figure.
Score inputs
The weights behind every score
The full method and the scores themselves live on the reviews page and the editorial team page. This page is only about how the inputs are verified. A figure with no primary source never goes into a score, and these are the six weights it would be fed into.
- Licensing25%
- Cashier20%
- Bonus honesty15%
- Game catalogue15%
- Safer gambling15%
- Support and escalation10%
The log shows the effect. When the card-fee claim failed its check, the cashier score on the reviews page rose from 7.8 to 8.5 and the overall score from 8.1 to 8.2. One corrected input moved the arithmetic.
Corrections
When we get a fact wrong
Errors are corrected in public. When a check overturns a claim, the sentence is rewritten at once, the checked date moves, and the change is logged like the table above.
Mistakes come in three kinds: copied, like the IBAS line; stale, true when written and changed since; and ours, such as an arithmetic slip or a misread clause. We log all three and say which kind it was.
If you spot one, use the contact details in the footer; the editorial team page explains what happens next.
This page reflects the 15 October 2026 reading; if a later check changes a row, the table changes with it.
Repeat it
Check it yourself, in five minutes
None of this needs trust in us. Each step takes under a minute and points at a primary document. If anything disagrees with this site, the live document wins.
- 1Open the Commission register entry and confirm the licensee reads Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited, with remote casino among its activities.
- 2Open the operator's promotions page and compare the welcome offer's spin value, conversion cap and validity with what we publish.
- 3Open the operator's help centre and search for chat hours; you will find both the 08:00-04:00 GMT article and the 24/7 one.
- 4Search the same help centre for withdrawals and fees; the limits appear, and no article names a charge for taking money out.
- 5Look at the byline at the foot of any page here and compare its checked date with today; if it is old, trust the live terms over us.
A different answer on any step probably means the operator has changed its terms since 15 October 2026.
Escalation
Where to take it further
This site cannot settle a dispute with the casino and has no say in one. The route is a ladder, best climbed in order.
The operator's complaints process
Start here. Put the complaint in writing through the operator, with dates, amounts and screenshots, and ask for its final response.
eCOGRA
The Commission-approved ADR service the operator names in section 12 of its complaints policy. It is free to the player.
The Gambling Commission
It does not arbitrate individual disputes, but it does take reports about how an operator behaves.
GAMSTOP and support organisations
For anyone who needs help with their play rather than a dispute, self-exclusion and support come before any complaint.
One registration with GAMSTOP covers every UK-licensed site, and GamCare and BeGambleAware offer free, confidential support. The about page covers who runs this site.
Reader questions
Questions about the method
How do you fact check Hot Streak Casino?
Each claim is matched to the Gambling Commission public register, the operator's terms, its promotions page or its public help centre, and the arithmetic is rebuilt from those inputs. A claim none of the four publishes is marked not published or left out. The licence and live terms were last read on 15 October 2026.
Is this site accurate about Hot Streak?
It is as accurate as the operator's published documents on the day we read them, which was 15 October 2026 for the licence and live terms. We run no payout tests and see no one's account, so we cannot vouch for how the operator treats a specific case.
What do you do when the casino's own pages disagree?
We publish the narrower figure and say that the documents disagree. For live chat, one help centre article promises round-the-clock cover and another gives 08:00-04:00 GMT, so the site publishes the specific hours, which can be tested, and notes the 24/7 claim.
Why is there no total game count on this site?
No primary source publishes one. The operator gives no total and third-party counts differ by hundreds, so under the protocol the claim is left out. The site names the studios that supply the lobby instead: Pragmatic Play, Relax Gaming and Bragg.
Who should I complain to if the casino will not help?
Start with the operator's complaints process. If it stays unresolved, eCOGRA is the Commission-approved ADR service the operator names, and it is free to the player. The Commission does not arbitrate individual disputes but does take reports about operator behaviour.
